1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rampfox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rampfox provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for real estate photography businesses, including order management, scheduling, media delivery, invoicing, and client portals.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your media, client data, or business information. You grant us a limited license to host and serve your content as needed to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) upload malicious content; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (e) resell the Service without authorization.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rampfox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
